As the Photo Editor on A Forever Home, I worked closely with the creative team to shape a visual narrative that celebrates architecture, craftsmanship, and place, while thoughtfully protecting the privacy of the homeowners. The project required a careful balance between revealing the beauty of the space and respecting the personal nature of a lived-in home.
Architecture Book
Organized around elements such as stone, wood, and glass, the images highlight texture and light, allowing the architecture to be experienced through its surfaces and structure. In addition to overseeing and curating the visuals, I photographed the exterior of the property, focusing on how the home sits within its environment and how light, material, and form come together.
A key goal of the book was to highlight the artisans and craftspeople involved in the build. To support this, we developed a series of process image spreads that documented different stages of construction. These spreads showcased the craftsmanship behind the scenes, from the installation of stone gardens to the layered details that define the finished home, giving readers insight into the care and skill embedded in every aspect of the project.

Through careful editing and sequencing, the imagery was curated to support the book’s narrative arc, balancing finished architectural moments with process-driven visuals. The result is a body of work that honors the people, materials, and labor behind the home, while presenting a respectful and considered portrait of a private space designed to last.
