Raised under the infinite skies of the Alberta prairies, I always felt the call of the horizon pulling me away from home. I am endlessly curious about what’s out there, and easily moved by the natural world. This curiosity drew me first to the Canadian Rockies, and then beyond, making homes for myself in the Southern Alps of the New Zealand, and now along the pacific coast of Canada, where I found a kinship with the coastal rainforest and its complete spectrum of green.

Photography became a natural extension of this exploration, as I sought to preserve the moments and places I paid witness to. Now, rooted in the forests, mountains, and shorelines of the Pacific coast, my work explores the intersections of people and the landscapes they pass through. Through photography, design, and art direction, I look for moments of connection, returning us to the places we inhabit and the environments and people that shape us.
